We invite outdoor Service Providers around the United States to sign-up to be considered for a free listing on our website.
The sign-up process includes creating an initial profile by providing company and contact information along with the
specified outdoor services performed within a geographic area. Services we seek include in part Landscape Maintenance,
Snow & Ice Removal, Sweeping & Portering, and Asphalt & Concrete Maintenance.
Usernames and passwords are set-up during the sign-up process. Contact will be made directly with Service Providers when they
are being considered for jobs by Encompass Property Managers. Additional information and personal communication is performed
from within the Encompass portal. When jobs are awarded, maintenance
documentation & invoicing is all carried out from within our log-in.
We strive to bring technology to the outdoor service industry in an 'all-encompassing' portal. We start by connecting Property
Managers with Service Providers during the bidding process for outside service jobs. Property Managers can use our online
estimating tool when creating quotes. Encompass then supplies all the tools necessary for tracking jobs, uploading schedule
of service documentation, invoicing, and more.
